Robbery

A city named Indiranagar where three siblings named Raju, Mohan, and Pooja lived with their parents. One day, when they came back after playing, they saw that their mother and father had died, as it was actually a suicide. After many years, many robberies took place in different government banks in different cities, but the thieves were never caught. The police department was worried about the case. After leading to the information of the case, they found that the robbery only took place in government banks but not in private banks. After many robberies, a senior officer named Surya was appointed for this case. He was a very skilled and talented person. He investigated the case and found that there were three thieves, but they did not live together or communicate with each other, yet they robbed together. Surya was curious about how they gathered to rob a bank. Finding the pattern of robbery, they saw that they only robbed cities whose names started with “R”. Now only one city was left with the name “R”. The police officer gathered around that bank without any information or announcement and somehow caught those thieves. After getting caught, they told the whole world the reason for the robbery. The thieves were Raju, Mohan, and Pooja. Their father was a very kind person and they wanted to take a loan from a government bank for their studies, but the bank didn’t give their father a loan because they didn’t have their own residential place. Their father got depressed and committed suicide along with their mother as they thought they would never provide their children with a better future. They learned this whole story via a letter that their father had written. So they decided to take revenge and rob the bank in cities whose names began with the letter “R” because their father’s name also started with the letter “R”.

Chrysanthemum

There was once a crime committed in the area of Indrani Nagar.
A victim’s neighbour called the police to report them.
Jairaj Sigh, a well-known scientist, was the victim.
When police arrived, the corpse of the individual had a pen tightly held in his right hand and his head was shot on the left side.
The windows were open, and the ceiling fan was on. On top of that, his wife had gone missing. A chrysanthemum origami was also placed close to the victim.
Police initially suspected her wife was the murderer as she killed her
husband and fled.
They made various assumptions regarding the wife, including that she had
fled with her lover, among other things.
After two days, another body was discovered in a neighbouring river.
His wife’s body was discovered.

The body parts were all sliced and disassembled in the river, and a bloody
fingerprint on the phone was discovered. The fingerprint and blood were not recognised during the forensic analysis.

Police received a text message a few days later that said, “I have what you
need.”
They were stunned and said, “What do you have?”
“Meet me in the dungeon near Jairaj’s house,” said the message once more.
“Also meet me alone.”
That time, the investigating officer straight away joined with his co-worker
and went to the mentioned place.
As the I.O approached the dungeon and met them, their peers hid beneath the trees.
“I told you to come alone,” the figure replied, chuckling, “but it appears you disobeyed me,” and then gunshots rang out, killing the I.O’s peers.
The individual takes the I.O by the neck and throws him to the ground.
I.O frees himself from his grip and charges towards them.
He then captures the person and renders them unconscious before rushing to the headquarters.
She was interrogated after she awoke.
She admitted that her brother, Shekhar S. , murdered Jairaj Sigh in order to
prevent him from completing the idea he was working on at the time.
He was well aware that the technology he was about to create would be
harmful to society.
He killed him with the help of a sniper, but later discovered that the “thing” he desired was not with him, but rather with his wife, who was having an affair with him.
After he was slain, she snatched the device from him and rushed to him.
To be on the safe side, he murdered his wife.

However, the device Jairaj’s wife stole was not the actual thing.
So her brother directed her to assassinate the investigating officer. To stop
the case further.
She confessed everything, and the next day her brother was apprehended
and imprisoned for murdering the victims since his fingerprint and blood
matched the bloodied phone found at the crime scene.
But this is not the end of the story; they had no idea the killer was still on the loose.
As it turned out, the murderer was none other than his sister Rayena. They
both intended it that way
Her sister was none other than the famed serial killer “The Chrysanthemum Killer,” who is still on the run and has yet to be apprehended. She is a mystery till now. And the first person to see her face is the investigating officer who’s days are numbered.

THE MAN WHO ALMOST GOT AWAY

John	List	[Photo:	Bettmann/Getty Images

John List killed his three kids, wife, and mother in 1971 inside their New Jersey mansion. The family was a bit reclusive, and List had skipped town following his crime, so the bodies weren’t discovered until a month later. List disappeared for 18 years and remarried, but was finally captured with the help of an episode of America’s Most Wanted. He claimed that he killed his family because they were under crushing debt from the house and medical expenses. A psychiatrist who testified in the trial said List saw only two choices: Go on welfare or send his family to heaven. It was later discovered that the very house that burdened List had a skylight that was rumoured to be an original from Tiffany worth more than enough to make up for any financial strains. It’s unclear if List knew of his near priceless treasure. He died serving five consecutive life sentences without parole in 2008.

Drowning (Short Notes)

In forensic science, there are five types of drowning:

  1. Freshwater Drowning: Occurs when a person drowns in fresh water, such as a river or lake, which is less dense and has a lower salt concentration compared to seawater.
  2. Saltwater Drowning: Occurs when a person drowns in seawater, which is more dense and has a higher salt concentration compared to freshwater.
  3. Dry Drowning: A rare type of drowning that occurs when water enters the lungs and triggers a spasm in the airways, causing them to close. This type of drowning can occur even if the person did not inhale a large amount of water.
  4. “Near Drowning” refers to a situation where a person has nearly drowned, but has been rescued and revived. The person may have inhaled water, leading to respiratory distress, hypoxia, and sometimes cardiac arrest. Even if the person has survived near drowning, they may still experience long-term complications such as pneumonia, brain damage, and other serious health problems. It’s important for near drowning victims to receive prompt medical attention to minimize the risk of further injury or complications.
  5. “Immersion Drowning” is a type of drowning that occurs when a person is completely submerged in water. This type of drowning can occur in any type of water, including swimming pools, lakes, rivers, and oceans. It can happen quickly and silently, making it difficult for others to recognize and respond in time. Immersion drowning is a serious and life-threatening emergency that requires prompt rescue and resuscitation efforts to increase the chances of survival.
